GWPS Series Integrated AC/DC Power Supply Systems

• The GWPS-110V/220V-400AH AC/DC Integrated Power Supply System from GoWatron is designed for substations, power plants, industrial facilities and renewable energy step-up substations. Available in 110 V DC or 220 V DC configurations, it incorporates a battery bank rated at 400 Ah, together with AC distribution, high-frequency switching rectifiers, DC distribution, battery charging control, insulation monitoring, and central monitoring and control. Rectifier capacity is selected to meet load and charging requirements, while backup supply duration is calculated from the load profile and battery discharge characteristics.
• The system supplies DC power to protection relays, circuit-breaker tripping and closing circuits, substation automation equipment and DC emergency lighting. Following loss of the AC input, the battery bank continues to supply the DC loads. An optional inverter or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can supply designated AC loads, and a DC/DC power supply can be provided for communication equipment.
• The system can be configured as a five- or six-cabinet arrangement, with individual cabinet dimensions of 2,260 × 800 × 600 mm (H × W × D). The arrangement includes battery charger, DC distribution and battery cabinets, with separate AC distribution or inverter cabinets where required. The final cabinet schedule depends on the system voltage, battery dimensions, number of outgoing feeders and selected equipment. A separate UPS cabinet is optional.

The GWPS-110V/220V-300AH AC/DC integrated power supply is a standardized intelligent packaged power device for the power industry, fully complying with IEC 62477 (power electronic equipment safety), IEC 61439 (switchgear and controlgear assemblies), IEEE 946 (DC auxiliary power systems for substations), and other applicable international power equipment standards. It integrates AC power distribution, DC operating power, intelligent monitoring, energy storage backup, and insulation monitoring functions into one compact system. Designed for global industrial power and utility substation applications, the equipment operates stably under normal mains supply, mains interruption, and grid fluctuation conditions, catering to both manned and unattended intelligent power station operation requirements.

This GWPS-110V/220V-300AH product supports dual DC voltage output, with factory-configurable DC110V and DC220V options, both globally recognized standard substation control voltage levels. The 300AH large-capacity energy storage configuration ensures long-duration emergency backup power supply. It is widely applied in overseas utility and industrial scenarios that require simultaneous AC working power, DC control/operating power, and emergency backup power. The system realizes unified on-site power management and intelligent operation and maintenance, effectively eliminating the drawbacks of traditional independent AC and DC power solutions, including scattered layout, complicated maintenance, and poor system compatibility.
