1. Product Introduction

  • GWPR320-PQA Power Quality Analyser adopts a 5U, 1/3-width 19-inch standard chassis with rear plug-in terminals and rear wiring. The design provides separation between power and signal circuits, helping to improve electrical performance and resistance to electromagnetic interference. It features a 4.3-inch 800 × 480 IPS colour LCD with a graphical HMI for intuitive and convenient operation.
  • The device uses a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microprocessor, combined with high-precision differential A/D conversion chips and high-precision RC filter components. The sampling circuit has no adjustable components and requires no on-site adjustment, helping to ensure high reliability. The device is equipped with 2 × 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports and 1 × RS-485 communication port, supports IEC 60870-5-103, and can optionally provide fibre-optic communication interfaces.
  • The device can monitor voltage deviation, frequency deviation, voltage and current unbalance, harmonics, interharmonics, voltage fluctuation and flicker, voltage events, DC components, and other power quality indicators in real time. It also supports event recording, waveform recording, statistical data storage, and USB data export. Statistical data can be stored for up to 22 months, or for at least 5 years when equipped with optional large-capacity electronic storage.

2. Product Functions

  • Voltage Deviation Monitoring: Real-time calculation of three-phase and line voltages, with independent function enable/disable settings and thresholds for upper and lower voltage deviation.
  • Frequency Deviation Monitoring: Real-time detection of system frequency deviation, with an independent function enable/disable setting and configurable threshold.
  • Voltage and Current Unbalance Monitoring: Calculation of negative-sequence and zero-sequence voltage/current unbalance, with configurable alarm thresholds.
  • Harmonic Monitoring: Measurement of voltage and current harmonic components from the 2nd to the 63rd order, including individual harmonic content and magnitude, total harmonic distortion (THD), odd harmonic distortion, and even harmonic distortion.
  • Interharmonic Monitoring: Measurement and monitoring of voltage and current interharmonic components.
  • Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker Monitoring: Measurement of voltage fluctuation, short-term flicker severity (Pst), and long-term flicker severity (Plt), with voltage fluctuation records stored at 10-minute intervals.
  • Voltage Event Monitoring: Detection of voltage dips, voltage swells, and voltage interruptions, with automatic waveform recording upon event triggering.
  • DC Component Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of DC components and DC injection in renewable energy grid-connected systems.
Statistical Data: Voltage compliance statistics and daily/interval statistics, with data storage for up to 22 months.
  • Waveform Records: Manual and event-triggered waveform recording, with local viewing of analogue and digital channels.
  • Real-time Waveforms, Phasor Diagrams, and Harmonic Spectra: Intuitive viewing of voltage/current waveforms, relative phase angles, and harmonic distortion data.
  • Configurable VT/CT Connections: Supports Y–Y and V–V VT connections, and 2-CT/3-CT configurations.
  • Abnormal, Event, and Operation Records: All records are retained after power loss.
  • Comprehensive Self-diagnostics and Monitoring: Faults can be specifically identified for convenient commissioning and troubleshooting.
