1. Product Introduction
- The GWPR300-T Station Transformer Protection Relay is a multifunctional device integrating protection, measurement and control for station service transformers, earthing transformers and similar equipment in 132 kV and 66 kV substations. The device uses a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller with integrated DSP and FPU capabilities for protection calculations, output logic processing, event recording, fault recording and communication with the supervisory system. The hardware uses independent 16-bit analogue-to-digital converters for high-precision sampling, together with an algorithm for filtering abnormal sample values to improve immunity to interference during AC signal acquisition.
- The GWPR300-T Station Transformer Protection Relay provides comprehensive protection functions. Each protection element is modular, independent and flexibly configurable. The device features a user-friendly human–machine interface and convenient on-site testing functions. It is equipped with dual Ethernet ports, an RS-485 serial communication port and an IRIG-B time synchronisation port to support integration into various automation systems.
Main technical features:
- High-performance 32-bit microcontroller with integrated DSP and FPU capabilities
- Independent 16-bit analogue-to-digital converters for high-precision sampling and high immunity to interference
- Modular protection design with independently configurable protection elements
- Fully enclosed chassis with an integrated front panel and strict separation between power circuits and low-level signal circuits
- Supports dot-matrix printers for printing settings, event records and fault records
